To the owner of Vessel, Sarah is one of the hardest working managers I've seen from any of the Portland dispensaries and you should be very grateful and appreciative to have her! Despite having pretty awful circumstances that may have ruined her thanksgiving weekend she went out of her way to uphold the reputation of your shop. To be the only employee working all day, to deal with a broken car and still make it to work on time to be available for an inspection from the city, and to keep a positive attitude all day despite not even having the time to eat a meal? There should be no doubt in your mind that you have a very special employee and I hope you treat her with the appreciation she deserves! Give this gal a raise before someone else does!
