I've visited 15+ dispensaries (mostly around lansing) many times, so I have had a plethora of varied experiences with these places. Quality and price are of course very important, but I also value the ability to feel comfortable and welcome in these places. Kind is one of the few that seems to consistently have them all! When I go to a dispensary, I am happy to be there, I hate dealing with people who make me feel unwelcome and like I'm wasting their time, which seems to happen a lot with dispensaries, where they are doing such good business they don't care about customer service. One time I was at Got Meds, and I was asking questions about various things I was about to purchase, and after 10 minutes of talking the "bud-tender" got so upset that he snapped at me and yelled at me to make a decision or get out. I chose to get out and go straight to KIND, where the products are so much better and the service is so friendly. Kind is the only place that I haven't had at least one instance of rude or disrespectful service. Kind is definitely 100% the best in quality and service. If you haven't been, I urge you to go!
