I have been here 15 to 20 times. I have referred all my friends there. But today at 10:20am I was in your store and like I always do i walk to the counter tell the person behind it what I want and how much money I have. That had always worked in the past as your employees were super helpful. This time your one girl m behind the counter was having a conversation with a coworker and a client and she did not want to help me she just pointed me in a direction and what she pointed me to was a very low grade bud. I walked back over and said that stuff is low thc and I wanted high thc. So she said there was a bag in the cabinet that was twice as much as I wanted to spend which was 400 and I only I had when I questioned her on that she said that those were my choices. She didn't seem like she really wanted to help me. So instead of talking to the manager I put my drivers license back into my wallet and walked out. I rode right across the street to 3 kings told them what I was looking for and he brought 6 or 7 samples I could look at and ended up buying my stuff there because he was helpful. If you look at your cameras at about 10:20 am you will see a man with a red coat on and the girl I was talking to was right across from me. I will probably come back but my experience this time was very unpositive. I hope you can get this problem solved. Thank you for looking at my comments. M
