Registered and ordered as my LP (Tilray) is falling apart and couldn't provide. Excellent experience from registration to receipt of product. Recommended

Tilray is going down the crapper. They have gone from having a very good selection to having just a few strains available. Anything decent that appears is sold out before you even get the email notifying you of it. What's the problem? Who knows. They don't communicate to their customers and now aren't even responding to requests. The latest trick is if you order on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, your order isn't processed until Tuesday (and may not be shipped until Wednesday). So your 30 day rollover time becomes 33 or 34 -- plus delivery. Two day delivery? Hah - a joke. Three to four days unless you're in BC or Alberta. For all this grief they want top $ +. Until they get their act together, find somebody else.

We received our first order - four different strains. There was reasonable selection when we ordered and many more to be available the following week but we knew what we wanted to try. There were no sticks and leaves as a previous reviewer complained, just normal bud. Nor was there any delay. We ordered Thursday, it was shipped on Friday and we got in Tuesday. The bud for all four strains was bone dry which, for purchase purposes and for grinding, was just great. We already had a humidor so the dryness was a positive rather than a negative. For the new user though, they might use it up faster than they otherwise should until they learn or are told. I don't know if there is anything the supplier can legally do to inform the customer. The new strains being offered are very favorably priced.
