Sorry Karuna - you seem to be taking your customers for granted and your losing another one. When was the last time you updated your edibles menu on Leafly? I check to see what is available and it's completely different from what's at your location. When asked about this (numerous times) employees reply with "you can just phone us". I know I can phone but you're missing the point. Your products and service are going downhill while your competition is working on getting better. Not a good combination. If you were a stock I would advise 'sell'.
