I first bought from Cathy's over a year ago. They used to be great, good buds, good prices, and good customer service. THAT HAS ALL CHANGED. There must only be a handful of people that answer the phone there and they are all rude as f***, no customer service. The quality of the buds has gone way down and any buds that are compareable they've hiked the price 25%. What happened to the compassion cathy's?
