The shopping experience was great. The website was very easy navigate through, the descriptions​ and reviews provided for the strains are and reviews are helpful, and your featured products section is a treat to have, helps me discover new strains I've haven't tried yet. Purchasing was also very easy and secure. I really like the idea of having a third party utility that can verify your ID by uploading a picture to it, but for me it could not complete the verification. Fortunately, I was able to contact phatnug via email and verify my ID through them and they were great help and replies were quick. I am a very satisfied customer and experience was overall fantastic. Will definitely be shopping from here again.
