Great dispensary the budtenders are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I walk out with something new every time and never disappointed

Ok soo I placed my order at 10am, then I come to HWC later in the evening ( because I work like a normal person) so I have until 10PM to pick up my order I waited in the lobby till the group is called them wait again (totally understandable they are busy because of their deals) Here this is the frustrating part comes, once I’m inside the budtender asks me “um did you have a online order... ( I’m already like f$&k in my head just tell me you gave my order away already.) because it Looks like it didn’t go through. He tells me I probably ordered to late Me ready for this because it’s happened 3 times already. I pull my phone Out and show the Emailed receipt and that I had ordered at 10am To which he says I need to order by 9am to make sure I get the deals even though my friends ordered later and still got their order guess y’all just don’t like me I can understand this happening once or twice but 3 times come on I also don’t appreciate the bs from the budtender just tell me straight up you gave my order away

I bought a cartridge from Nirvana and a battery from next-door, now the battery works fine but I can’t say the same for the cartridge. The first couple times I used it and it worked but then when I went to take out the cartridge I noticed a part of it came off, still attached to the battery so I placed the cartridge back inside to see if it was still salvageable... it wasn’t, now I’m just stuck with a useless cartridge I can’t smoke.

Products were great, service was great but at check out I did have to remind them of the free product with purchase and when I get home it isn’t the THC one I specified I wanted instead a CBD one something I could purchase at any smoke shop if I’m coming in specifically for THC products why would I want a CBD product.

My first experience with Curaleaf left a lot to be desired especially after my sister and friend talked it up so much. I had listed my friend as the one who referred me and we swung by this location an hour before closing with a total of only one other customer there and While I can see how someone showing up an hour before closing my be aggravating I would imagine they would try to hide it as to not make a customer feel like they are a nuisance (at least that’s what many others do) my purchase was going to be quick seeing as I had viewed there site a while in advance for the reason of showing up so late. The budtender was extremely dismissive and not at all interested in talking up or answering any questions I had about the product. He would act like he didn’t hear any of my questions and tried to rush us out of the store like we were a inconvenience to his quite night. I had to remind him twice about the 1st time patients deal at checkout even though I had let him know at the beginning before making my order. He didn’t even mention the point rewards when I asked him again ignored me yet again. The bud was ok for better service maybe don’t show up so late or try another location. My sister was disappointed seeing as she loved Swell so much I didn’t know switching up the name made that big of a difference in service.

Great staff, they are very friendly and helpful. Daniel was awesome in answering my questions and giving recommendations I appreciated the help!

This was my first time visiting and I have to say this place was great, the staff was friendly and welcoming and Juan who assisted me with my selection was very helpful and informative.
