I bought 2 grams of Summus hash rosin when I got home and smelled the product it smelled like mildew, so I said maybe it's just this one, so I opened up the other one and it smelled the same. I've bought Summus at a different dispensary and never had a problem till now. You guys are overcharging for a product that is old and maybe even bad to smoke. Should be taken off the shelves.

I bought 4 grams of rosin, which is pretty expensive. I opened up my bag to check my purchase, and upon opening up one of the grams, I noticed that it was all of the product was stuck to the lid, and when it's stuck to the lid like that means it was either bagged upside down or was put in my bag upside down and when that happens you lose product that gets stuck on the lid, well I called to see if could be exchanged and the budtender basically said I'm S.O.L. So if you buy concentrates from here and they put them upside down, just know that you're f'ed on trying to get any refund or exchange. Curaleaf, you need to train your bud tenders a little better and show them that concentrates don't go upside down. I will look at my purchase at the dispensary before I purchase any concentrates from here again or just not purchase concentrates again. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I had to say something.

They cancel your order without telling you why, when they can just send you a text to say why. Most places do. This was my last time trying to order from here. Pretty crappy service. If you don't have the product, just ask and see if they could substitute it for another one if thatsthe case, but rather cancel it and not say why.

I wish there was a store front that makes it easier for people coming out of town to buy from them. I tried, and my order wasn't coming till the next day, which I wasn't around to pick up or pay for it, which makes it inconvenient. Makes me think they don't want people from out of town to buy from them.

I got it several times Shango brand and noticed that the 3 different strains tasted like nutrients, like they weren't leached out enough. I know because I used to grow, and if you don't leach out the plant long enough, it will taste like nutrients, which make the flower harsh to smoke. Probably need to make a note and run it up the chain, I won't be buying Shango products anymore.

More live resin strain will be better!

Ordered a couple of carts about 2 hrs before close time, I didn't get a text back till 2pm the next day very bad service won't go back or order anything again.

Service and atmosphere is great, but the $50 cresco "live resin" sauce looks and taste like cured resin isn't worth the $50, MPX is the best when it comes to sauce and worth the $50.
