What a joke. New patient special is up to 7g free but you can only do it from the middle shelves even if you do only 1/8 of top shelf which is cheaper than 1/4 of mid they won't do it. Then they have jars at certain angles and all lit up to look good but they actually give you dried out burnt flower with seeds and tastes horrible. I got 4 different genetics, not one looked like what they have in the jars and all four taste like cheap burnt weed and I've found multiple fully developed seeds.. never coming back

They're advertising one thing but giving you something else. They have lemon OG on the menu. One of my favorite genetics. I pick it up get home and it's without a doubt jack herer. It has the exact shape, color, smell and taste of Jack and zero of lemon or OG. Not the first time something like this has happened to me. I like the staff but won't be returning. I made a complaint on their website via email and the phone number on a different similar issue about a month ago and never received any response.

First time back in a while. Prices dropped but so did the quality of the flower. I expressed how I wasn't satisfied last time and the girl helping me made a recommendation. The flower smelled great but I got home to open my jar and it looked the same but smelled awful. I cracked a bud and 4 micro seeds fell out. Won't be going back.

I hadn't been in, in a while. decide to come back and had a nice visit. came a second time back and asked for the best two sativas. the guy showed me sour tangie and double tangie bananas. both had the look of quality but lacked smell and density. the patient consultant guaranteed me they were the best so I went with it. they were both very dry and airy. exactly the opposite of what I told him I wanted. paid for top shelf and got hustled.
