Emerald City - Dispensary 7th Street Eugene - Inconsistent lower shelf product followed with inconsistent buyer requirements - I am allowed to buy 75% of the time and refused 25%. Staff is not knowledgeable of the effects of its own medical strains and claim THC and CBD is needed at 50% mixture to be considered medicine(Wow just ignorant). Use them at your own risk.
