It's a great location: near enough to my home to be convenient, but in a light-industrial area and subtle signage.
They did a great job at announcing their arrival by going to the Vic West Community Association and introducing themselves to the neighbourhood. They were open to feedback from the neighbours.
They have a professional attitude towards their customers and have no problem educating newbies such as myself.
