This was my first time coming to this dispensary and I was treated like I was not welcomed, which speaks volumes since I was the only person there. They did not provide adequate information, it was just business for them, not about the patient's health. They only had two available strains in 1/8ths, one of which is a CBD strain. He tried to sell me the CBD strain as a full sativa. When I asked to see the strain I desired to see, he attempted to deterr me saying "I don't have 1/8ths in that." In which I replied "still a buy one get one correct?" He said yes and got the gram to show me, but then refused to let me examine the package for myself. He claimed it was state law, is that why I get to handle and pick my package at EVERY dispensary I go to? And yes, I do mean every dispensary. Due to the lack of customer service I encountered I walked out without purchasing anything. I will go to a dispensary that actually wants to help the patient.
*For the record: I have a rare stomach condition that I smoke for, it's not recreational for everybody. Your attitude, service, and knowledge actually matter.
