went in on 8/31 to get the lotus special. As I have done for many months now. I got 7 grams and worked my way through it. I got 5 commerce city kush and 2 purple starburst. The latter tasted like burnt hair. I cleaned my rig and still same taste. as per other reviews no one picked up the phone all day. So I went in, my budtender was just wonderful! when I told the supervisor she really wasn't concerned with my experience. she said she'd have to talk to another supervisor but I knew I'd lost. I'd didn't expect to get the full amount back but $10 off is not acceptable when they don't care about what you have to say. unfortunately I won't be returning.

Crap crap crap. Yesterday this place said today was shatter day. Got there before they opened so I could also get their FREE infused soda offer that the website said they extended through the 16th. After getting in I was informed they were not doing SHATTER DAY nor were they doing the soda promo! Wow what a way to treat patients actually I was treated like a customer!! I settled for some bud that is soooo dry!! Thanks Emerald I'll pick somewhere else to spend my hard earned money!!!!
