I have only been to the recreational part of this dispenseray. They have a guard at the door checking ID's, and they are always very nice and professional and they do the job right. Inside there is usually 6 or 7 people behind the counter all with different personalities. They use gloves or chopsticks to get your bud out, and most of them are talkative helpful and very nice.
