Had a small 5 min wait, bought 5 items and was out in 20 min. Flower was fresh, free pre-roll offered on 1st visit was an extra, making this my Flagstaff location.
Had to wait about 30 min, Friday 5:45 pm so its busy. Budtender was Woody, lots of information, and I hope a valued employee. Answered all my questions, gave me some choices and I left feeling positive about this visit. Store is clean and friendly staff made this my store when in Tucson.
