This WAS my very favorite dispensary in Mesa; especially after opening this new location; product layout/display is much better than most places I've been; MOST staff there are awesome--that being said had one bad experience with a budtender who made a financial math error on the transaction, was rude, nasty and down right mean to me because she couldn't figure out that she made the mistake; I ended up crying and shaking all the way home because she got me so upset, so now I am AFRAID and uncomfortable going back in there in case she is working. I called mgr, who apologized profusely and was very understanding; unfortunately, I'm too worried about running into her again--not sure if she was fired or not--and I'd rather not see her again. I may still use this location, but may just have to resort to online shopping and pickup; sad that I'm not comfortable browsing in the store anymore. Patients are here for a reason--which can include many, many illnesses--including anxiety, depression or other mental diseases--plus many diseases (like mine)cover a huge spectrum of symptoms including physical, psychological and mental symptoms. I don't need to be verbally abused by a budtender who made a mistake and refused to accept it---her drawer would have been off (and still was when all was said and done) and I'm sure that's a big deal in this business.

Awesome dispensary! Very friendly staff; excellent specials (especially New Patient special!); comfortable atmosphere; variety of products and strains with reasonable prices for all tiers. Love that they open at 8 am!

loved the staff! great loyalty point system, lots of double points days. I love love love the Emerald Blend Shake tubes! very nice mix for a dugout or one hitter. perfect for on the go or just trying to quiet some immediate pain at home. could literally feel it while I was inhaling. very relaxing.

Love the set up and how they have the info displayed for every strain on the tablets, & how you can look at & smell each one without having to ask budtenders to retrieve each one. I usually go into pharmacies with notes after reviewing menus online so I don't waste a bunch of their time, but this way you can more easily check out additional strains you may not even have known about. you can answer your own questions faster by looking at the tablet set up in front of each one. way more efficient. love the compensation for the debit fees also! thank you! very thoughtful!

excellent for nausea yet doesn't put you to sleep. allows you to still function and get things done
