They don't focus on quality at this place they just focus on mass producing product. Out of 50 strains you may find two strains that are B quality at best. This Shatter is weak and hard as glass and breaks all over the place when you try to snap a piece off. I was a loyal customer here because I thought they had good customer service until yesterday I bought a gram of Kief that only weights .4 and after driving all the way back there from 99th Ave. to get it fixed they couldn't compensate me in any way for the inconvenience.
