Top quality meds, superb service, wonderfully professional delivery people....but they are *always* out of t-shirts. If you want a shirt you may be out of luck.If you want excellent meds, however, this is certainly the place to call.

With more and more dispensaries open, and stock becoming fairly standardized, the two things that will most contribute to a store's success are customer service and location. The staff passed my "psycho bag lady" customer service challenge readily, answering a seemingly unrelated barrage of questions about their products quickly and accurately. (The last dispensary that failed that standard mystery shopper challenge is being demeaned in the Mercury this month so the technique seems to transfer well to the MMJ market). The place is clean, airy and well lit with soft natural lighting. Location is excellent. The only suggestion might be to strongly discourage customers from jay walking across the middle of the block and possibly getting splattered. I saw one cane carrying customer limping through Burnside traffic already. Perhaps a strongly worded door sign? Off to a winning start!

A nice sticky bud, but surprisingly odorless when ground and nondescript when smoking. Did not get any chocolate tones to speak off. Rapid onset, "heady" high, followed by a rather quick fade. The "wow! This is good-wait, did I smoke something?" pot, perfect for your lunch hour if your want to be functional in the afternoon.

I've just discovered the wonderful world of concentrates and am delighted there is a downtown location which provides customer service and has a wide variety of material to choose from. The dbho I am trying at the moment is particularly nice. As an added plus it also has toilets in the business, not in the bar upstairs. You have no idea what a relief that is when you have trouble climbing stairs. More dispensary owners might consider that their clients have bladders. And yes, you forgot my first time freebie too, I plan to come back and whine about it while picking up more shatter.
