It’s crazy I’ve come here multiple times and the “express” line makes me wait in line because the “express lady” is on lunch or the “window is closed” an hour and a half before you actually close. Making me wait in this line vs using the window just takes more time in your line and a less efficient business.

Shoutout amber saving my experience, an employee like that deserves a raise. Hopefully your services improves for the work environment as well as your patients.

Thank you for another great experience amazing how you can have 15 people walk in the moment you open but each guest got a smile from each team member working the check in window. Definitely expressed a sense of urgency for their time and answered all questions with a smile. Very impressed with the things I saw today.

"Our whole system is down, it has nothing to do with leafly but our whole system can't process reviews to see if we can get you the pre roll" then why do you still have it on the board in your lobby while I waited there for 15 minutes. To be served for a bad explaination. I know it wasn't leafly's fault for your system being down but thanks to Leafly you can hear about it.

I thought this location was great. Not sure how I felt about waiting in the shop to be tended to. Makes more sense to keep them in the lobby and then bring them in the shop when you are ready. Not have them wait to be served while already in the shop. I have only been here once and definitely will be back because the prices and service was great.

It was great
