There's 3 shops within walking distance of my house and OZ is my favorite for many reasons. I like the vibe, staff, selection, and most of all prices- I think they have some of the best in the region, certainly in my neighborhood. I got a vape pen from there and the battery broke while it was charging. I brought it back and the guy literally didn't even say a word: he just smiled, took the broken one from my hands put it down, and gave my a new one. I was on my way within 5 seconds. I've never had a better customer service experience anywhere in any industry.
