Terribly bad and unprofessional on my second visit. The first time I interacted with an older guy who was very easy to talk to and knew the meds around him well. The second time was with a young female who must have been high as a kite. She didn't have even the slightest clue about anything other than the THC and CBD levels. Every time I asked about the genetics of a strain, she had to ask the front desk lady for the answer. I even had to do the math for my change after she thought about it, counted it twice, and then shorted me $5. If you don't have a thorough understanding of genetics already, then you probably won't be able to get the right medicine for your needs here unless the right people are working. This is people's medicine and if you are going to facilitate it you should at least know as much about it as the high school kid selling out of his bedroom. If the meds weren't competitive for the area, and I hadn't met the older guy the first time, I would NEVER go back.

Quality, service, knowledge. Between WA and OR this was probably the 40 something access point I have visited and I have been thoroughly impressed. The feature that stood out the most is their level of professionalism and flower quality. The quality is evident as soon as you use the med. Every flower is harvested correctly and cured completely. I have NEVER ONCE had a single complaint on flower quality here. The younger volunteers aren't always real knowledgeable about the meds, but the the older staff has always made perfect recommendations.

Between WA and OR, this is probably about the 40+ access point I have visited, and I am rating them against every other. If you are looking for a personal experience, this is as good as it gets. They are interested in you as a person as well as a patient. The staff is knowledgeable and makes great recommendations for my ailments, however, the enormous selection can make it difficult to know the specifics of each med. The medicating room really sets the atmosphere where you can relax and network with fellow patients. I mostly use concentrates and Holistic has THE BEST SELECTION I HAVE EVER SEEN IN ONE SETTING hands down. This is my favorite access point, but in the spirit of critiquing, I could only give 4 stars on med quality since I have had small issues with freshness because of the 60 or more strains. I fixed this by only getting what has just come in recently. The service gets 4 stars as well, but it's not their fault due to the high volume of patients and not having extra workers. I have been in busier access points that ran faster so I can't do a 5. Medables are usually hit and miss, but the holistic has the biggest selection I've seen and the quality is steady and potent. In short I call the holistic choice my spot for meds. service and information.
