Where do I start. Too bad you can't put zero stars. That's what they deserve. How about this, this dispensary is garbage. All around. They raised their medical prices through the roof so they can have recreational. It's a choice with dispensary. It's completely up to them how they want to handle this and they decided to be greedy and raise all prices, take away Daily deals and raised our taxes even though taxes did not go up. They set up
All sorts of smoking mirrors but trust me this company is greedy. It doesn't do this for the right reasons. They act like legal drug deals. No service. You don't like it too bad. They have zero customer service. I mean zero. I spend 6k plus a year for medication and I called over and over again to speak to someone about some of my concerns. Every time I was told they have no managers and no one to speak to. They drilled me about what I wanted to talk to someone and basically told me to F off and there is nothing they can do for me. I email headquarters and no response at all. I am not a kid and I own business and have been around the block. This company is a joke. Their prices are way off. Too high. Lol. If I was an owner of this company I would fire all of you. I can't believe the owners think this type of behavior is ok and ethical. If I heard one of my employees talk to a customer like they did to me they would be fired on the spot without me hearing your lame ass excuse. I'm taking my business else where.
