For some reason the online ordering has gone to hell at the holistic Center when you wait over 35 minutes to ask where you express order is at when they let you know it was ready at 11:30 and you show up at 1:15 and you go to the window at 10 minutes to 2 and your order sitting on the shelf and you've been looking at your order sitting on the shelf but yet they don't call you up and they take people coming in and out the door I'd have been better off not ordering on Leafly and going and waiting in line with the rest of the people that were waiting for 30 minutes to go in and pick out their product.I went up to the window and ask what's going on with Express orders they are not going out the door people are putting their cards up here asking letting you know they have Express orders there for 35 minutes and not one Express order went out the door I went up and asked for my car back and this is all yours is right there it's next you'll be next I says you know what put my s*** back on the shelf I don't want it no more give me my card I am currently going down the road about two miles to a different dispensary and getting different product from a different dispensary will I be back to the holistic Center probably not during the afternoon cuz I have gotten nothing but shity service with the people that are there in the afternoon specially the counter people they seem lost it do not know what they are doing when they're sitting there on the phone for 20 minutes talking to somebody that person really needs to come in and take care of their own issues and not take up the precious time of the people that are there since you have moved next door your Express ordering has gone to hell
