Really enjoy this strain.  I wasn't expecting much because people have compared it to Girl Scout Cookies, which for me is no big deal.  In my opinion it's so much better.  Really uplifted and stress free.  Nice balance between indica and sativa.  Love!

Holy crap did I just find the holy grail of medical marijuana?  I'm a fairly new inexperienced user.  With that said, this stuff has been amazing for me.  From reading reviews I've heard there are better strains out there, but for me, this is the sweet spot.  So uplifting without worsening my anxiety.  Before finding Blue Dream I could only smoke indica dominant strains.  The sativa in this is just perfect.  Great for a sunny day.  True to other reviewers this gave me some serious dry mouth, but not too bad.  Also fair warning, this herb will make you HORNY!

I really enjoy this strain.  Has quite a heavy couch lock effect on me tho.  It's nice with a cup of coffee if I need to be a bit more alert and focus.  I have anxiety and fibromyalgia and GSC works great for both.  Love it!

To be fair, this strain is just too strong for me.  Definitely not for beginners.  I think for others, that can handle the intensity, Chemdawg would be a go-to strain.  It left me feeling a ton of anxiety and felt like I was tripping balls.  I'm still giving Chemdawg an 8 because of how instense it is and assume it could be a really useful thing for people that need a stronger medicine.
