Kush Klub is in the process of moving from their North City store to their new location on Aurora Ave, a few blocks south of the Snohomish County line. Their online ordering system was down because of moving so I called the store and got some exceptional information from budtender Brenden who informed me they were out of my regular edible that they typically stock. He mentioned some other products that peaked my interest and a generous discount so I told him I'd come on in to check it out. I was not disappointed. Their new store is expansive with a great selection. But......the best part was I met up with Brenden who spent quite a lot of time with me and it was much appreciated. He made solid recommendations as well as another employee whose name I didn't catch unfortunately because she was also very nice as well. The manager also popped by for a quick chat which was cool. I've been buying legal cannabis in WA state from the start of legalization and can honestly say Brenden is one of the best budtenders I've come in to contact with at any of the stores based on his friendliness, cannabis product knowledge and a willingness to speak on any topic I brought up. 365 Recreational Cannabis provides easy access parking, a great selection of competitively priced products with generous discounts (veterans and seniors included) as well as special daily deals. This store also has a happy hour twice daily from 9am-12pm and 4-6pm. They also price match if you see something cheaper at another store and can provide the competitor's price. Luke the Budtender answered all my questions on this visit and provided all around stellar customer service. I highly recommend 365 Recreational Cannabis for all your cannabis needs and want to congratulate them on recently celebrating their 4 year anniversary.

I have shopped here in the past and the experience was great but this last visit was stellar. I had been in to the shop a few days before and they were out of a product so I purchased something similar to get me by. The Budtender on duty told me there was an order coming on Wednesday (11/28) so I called to make sure, and, lo and behold, the product was back in stock. I hightailed it out there immediately and Bruce worked with me on my order. I truly believe he provided the best customer service ever received in any of the shops I've visited since WA State legalization. Thank you, Bruce, for going the extra mile. I will be back to White Rabbit Cannabis, guaranteed.

I live in Shoreline and we have some great cannabis stores but it is worth the drive south down Aurora a few miles to visit Seattle Tonics because not only do they have the products I like at the best prices, their personnel from security guard at the door to their budtenders behind the counter always provide stellar customer service. Today, as an example, I emailed Mike to ask if something was in stock and he answered within minutes which was much appreciated. Then when I got to the store, the items I wanted were close by so they didn't have to look in the back which saved some time. After paying for my products, I asked budtender Julian his opinion on the best quality vape pens and cartridges in the store. What I liked the best was not only his capable knowledge of the products but he didn't try to hurry me out the door after making my purchase. I've seen some of the negative reviews on Yelp with this store and, quite honestly, they are hard to believe because this store has always gone the extra mile for me and they are one of the best. P.S. I have recommended friends to Seattle Tonics and they tell me this store is the only place they go now.

What enticed me to drive from my Shoreline stomping grounds to SODO was a 50% off sale on an item I regularly use. Needless to say that I stocked up. The customer service at Vela was outstanding and the complimentary mini-backpack with Vela's name on it made me appreciate the store even more. Also, the grow room that can be seen through the glass windows is a nice touch. I have recommended this store to my friends and will definitely be back.

Placed my first online order and was completely satisfied. You first need to sign up, of course, then they send an email and text confirming that you're in their system. I placed order and received an email within 10 minutes that order was ready which was very prompt in my opinion. Went to store, gave them the order number and cash, they scan order and you're good to go. Thanks, Cannabis Station. You're the best.

What a delightful experience to shop at Trees. I initially called and spoke to the owner who confirmed that they had the item, Swifts Sour Drops, in stock for the price advertised on Leafly. I also knew that it was their Munchies Monday and all edibles were 15% off so I planned to stock up. I got to the store and met the owner who showed me this product as well as several others. He then had one of his employees take over and she was the best. She not only knew her products but didn't rush me through my purchase even though the store started to get busy. She also showed me some dab syringes and Lucid oil that looked very enticing. All in all, this store has excellent customer service with a warm touch, competitive pricing and a decent selection of flower, concentrates and edibles. I highly recommend this store and will be back soon.

I have been to Herb(n) Elements on several occasions and it clearly is one of the best recreational cannabis stores in the area. Herb(n) Elements gets many new products in faster than the competition and their daily sales can't be beat. Last but not the least, I wanted to give a shout out to Erin the budtender for always providing stellar customer service and for going the extra mile especially today. She knows her stuff and is the best. Whether you're a local or an out-of-town or out-of-state visitor, you won't regret visiting Herb(n) Elements.

Derek and Hayden provided stellar customer service today. They were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and most of all didn't rush me out the door in an instant. The store has an extensive inventory and prices are extremely competitive. After making my purchase, Derek was kind enough to show me some dabbing equipment even as business picked up which was much appreciated. Kelso and Longview should be proud to have two of the best recreational stores in Western Washington I've visited from as far north as Shoreline to as far south as Vancouver and that is my honest opinion.

I make frequent trips from Shoreline, WA to Vancouver, WA and saw that Freedom Market in Longview had Panda Pebbles for $49 per gram including tax which was a much lower price than our recreational stores in the Seattle area. I called them up on Monday 06/08/15 to ask if they could hold a couple of grams for me until I made my trip on Wednesday 06/10/15 arriving before noon. I spoke with P.O.R.F. who said "no problem, we can do that". He then asked for my name and telephone number which I gave to him. I was really psyched. When I arrived on Wednesday to pick up my order, P.O.R.F. was not there and no one knew what I was talking about? Fortunately they still had the 3 grams P.O.R.F said were available so I made my 2 gram purchase. Even though I got a great price on this product in my opinion, it was very disappointing to come in the store and nothing was set aside as previously discussed. Helpful hint: If you're going to say yes to something in advance then please follow through and keep your commitment because I kept mine.
