I bought one of these about a year ago from Amazon and although it worked well the first few months one of the washers broke and after that, it wouldn't close all the way and I would have to hold it closed to get it to work. I thought of getting another but it is too pricy. I looked at the hardware store but couldn't find the right washers to replace .
