ACS is now my go to after being disappointed by price and quality at other locations that are closer to where I live. Unfortunately the last few visits have had 30 minute wait times at least Today we were outside in the direct sun. One lady ahead of me started feeling poorly and had to retreat to her car. I was sixth in line when I showed up . Two people in , some lady took 25 minutes picking up her order. Why do you allow one person to completely backlog your entire system? 90% of people take under a minute because everyone had to preorder. If theres a problem or a first timer needs more time, can’t you open a third room to usher them into so they can get help ? I understand it’s not easy dealing with our current situation, it’s just frustrating seeing people go in and out in less than a minute time and again and then suddenly full stop ! I know you’re going to three registers next week but I find the current process to be frustrating and yet easily remedied. I’m still a big fan. Your people and product are excellent and I am looking forward to the Hull location opening . I hope it’s soon Cheers
