Been with Aurora now for about 5 months. Yes they were slow on the registration but been with 4 LP's so far and they're all the same. They actually shipped my first order to the wrong address, they transcribed my postal code incorrectly. I pointed this out to them immediately,upon getting my order confirmation, and they refused to change their mistake. So, get this, the order was in their system for 2 /3 days knowing full well it was going to the wrong address! How ridiculous. Needless to say by the time purolator was able to sort it out with my help I got my product in about 10 days. Very frustrating to say the least. Aurora then corrected their mistake. Bud is good quality, perfectly trimmed and not too dry. Their plastic containers are okay but I prefer to transfer to small glass Mason's jars immediately. Great pricing as their compassionate pricing for me is $5 per gram on all strains. Sometimes they only have 3 strains in stock. Must be growing pains? Looks like they are expanding selection rapidly and are even going to redistribute other growers products to give them a broader selection now. If they pull it off I may transfer more of my script to them upon renewal.
