This review is for HFL Crimson and most especially McDowell locations. I have been going to these locations for years. They used to be my go to places. But steadily the selection has gone way down, sometimes only having 2 or 3 choices of flower and USUALLY lower thc contents. So if you read these, concentrate is not the same effect as flower. Just because you have 20+ concentrate choices does not mean nobody wants quality flower. Concentrate affects me differently than flower, they are not interchangeable. And by the way, indica helps pain for me much better than Sativa, but you mostly have sativa dominant strains and low thc indicas a little. Some people actually need strong flower for relief. Also most of the time your website won't let me order online which is just stupid. Do you want my money or not? You are rarely competitive in my eyes now.

Overall I like this place quite a bit. Ultra clean and profesional which is great! In fairness I don't buy their most expensive meds, but I don't buy the cheapest either. Having said that I would say med quality is very good but not excellent. But with the great selection, location, and staff I will continue to come here.

I got the bargain priced meds that these guys had available at the time. I was surprised at the potency, so that was good. Driver was polite and they came on time. Would use again.

First time trying these guys and it was great! Meds were very nice quality, response and service were speedy, and Mike was polite. Can't ask for much more than that.

Ok the location is..odd. But I felt safe enough, not a bad area or anything. Door was locked, a doorbell or intercom might be good, but someone answered right away. Staff was friendly and very down to earth, liked him. And most important, meds were very good and donations were typical of Phoenix. #226

I wont lie, the meds are fine here. But he dispenses out of the back of a head shop, in a sketchy part of town and most of all the guy who runs it is a JERK! I went to this shop several times over a period of months, he was my buddies #1 source. The guy was always a jerk. Meds all hidden behind the counter. Then my buddy bought a waterpipe from this place. I showed him the exact same wp online for $35 less then his. If your reading you lost 2 regular customers that day.
