I’ve been a medical patient for almost 3 years and have been to almost every dispensary in MA. CACCI grows GREAT FLOWER. They also have the BEST VAPE SELECTION IN MA. Prices are honest compared to the market.
They’re staff has a lot of turn over but those who stay are genuine people who take the time to know customers needs and interests.
Cannabis is about finding positivity. I believe Gage is run by the same people as Central Ave.
