What an absolute mess. I have been a regular of UGD for close to 3 years now as I battle cancer. The other week during their 'Buy 1 Get for 1 Cent' deal was going on, and I rely on my husband for rides as I am too sick to drive. We got there at 9:43PM...from EVERYTHING that employees to managers have told me, as long as you are IN the door by 10 PM, all is good. I was denied...undoubtedly because they probably started to lose profits off of their deal. The owner had ZERO sympathy, even after showing him my fresh surgery scars. I checked, and have quite literally spent over $8,000 there since I have started being a patient with them. To be denied because 'they would like to have it wrapped up by 10:10' and not because there was a legal or supply issue is insane. I used to work in the industry and have reported them to those that matter. IF YOU ARE A DEEPLY NECESSARY PATIENT, DO NOT GO HERE! THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT YOU!

I cannot rave enough about this place. The only draw pack it used to have was a long wait, which was more than acceptable for their amazing prices, but last time I was unexpectedly gifted a free pre-roll for my only 20 minute wait. Customer service and meds are just off the chart. The only place I go. Pre-order is also amazing and time saving. Just LOVE it here!
