I have been using Advanced Holistic Healthcare for a couple of months now; I order weekly. I like to wait till I have had more than a few transaction with the location before reviewing. My last place I was using I ended up having to leave a bad review for their poor customer service. I looked around for a few places before finding AHH, their customer service has been amazing. Issac has helped me whenever I needed to find a certain type to help with my pain type. I have Multuple Sclerosis and it changes regularly as to what I need. If I am having trouble deciding what to get, he has helped me pick. Explained what they were and what to expect from it. I only use concentrates, so I can only speak on there quality but the one's I have used have been great. I definitely will be using them again and hopefully the service stays the same because it is excellent. :D

I have been ordering from here for at least 1 year almost 2 years. Tonight was the worst service I have ever had. For the past 4 orders they have been out of various concentrates. Tonight I ordered some Diamond but they were out, so I tried to get Jupiter, which was also out. So finally ended up with some E. T. and some Sour Diesel concentrate. When the order got here it was wrong; they had sent flowers instead of concentrates. Miscommunications happen, no big deal right? It has happened with them before but was handled much smoother last time. The driver called the lady who packed my order she was automatically rude with him (I could over hear her as I was sitting next to him). He put me on the phone with her, and right away she was rude with me too. I have never been so upset and felt as worthless as a customer. I was shaking and had tears in my eyes. I do not appreciate being talked to in an aggressive voice, especially when I have been a loyal client for awhile. They even wanted to charge me a 5 dollar delivery fee for fixing my order. In the end they did bring me the correct order, but I will not be back. I don't understand what happened to the service here but she left a bad taste in my mouth after already having trouble ordering the last 4 times out of 5. The driver was super nice and very apologetic. Thanks but no thanks. I don't like being treated like crap.
