Worth the drive! Great product, great pricing, super nice staff. My new home.

Disappointed. Stopped by this morning bought two grams of the special of day. I asked when I purchased if it was sticky. The budtender I was speaking to said, it better be. It wasn't. The nugs were broken little pieces and stems. Dried up to the point that when I tried to clean it, it desentegrated to dust. Big let down. There's $18 down the drain that I really didn't have to throw away. If I had wanted shake, I would have raked my backyard. The help there were nice but shouldn't make you believe you are buying something that you are not.

My first trip to Urban was yesterday. I had sent them an email the night before asking they allow me to partake of a bogo special they were running the day before on $55 cartridges. I'm a primary care giver of my disabled wife and had no one to look after her to drive down in time to get this special. As we are on a limited income we need to capture savings every chance we can get. I figured that since the current special was buy two and get two free $55 cartridges I figured they would let me do the bogo from the day before. We simply didn't have $110 to spend all at once. They refused. I even asked the attendant to speak to the manager but they wouldn't budge. They tried to say they could not alter the coupon in the system. What coupon? Anyways, I won't go back. They proved to me they have no compassion for their customers.
