recently got double charged on my alotment from metro meds. my order was for 15g and they charged me for 1.05oz on my allotment. i didnt know until a few days later when i wasnt able to purchase meds due to low alottment. I called metro meds and was told that a manager would call me back. at 8pm someone who said they werent a manager called to say they put my alottment back pretty abruptly. i just thought it was pretty rude after the inconvenience and the mess up on their end, I didnt even get a sorry for the inconvenience? plus several of the prerolls i bought were packed so tightly with finely ground weed that they didnt burn correctly. overall, poor quality of meds and poor quality of customer care. dont waste your money.
