They definitely understand customer service. A few times I've placed an order and either an item was unavailable or they were low.. No hesitation whatsoever to either add a little extra to my order or make a suggestion for something else. Delivery is pretty damn fast I must add. Love these guys! 🖤🌱🖤

Every product I've bought or have tried from RAW has been on point. They provide such high quality products from the strains to the edibles. Customer service is excellent, never a hassle to communicate with associates, and very well organized.
