By far the best shop in Hood River. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great range of product and nice prices. Love that they feature flower in big glass jars. Makes the viewing and the smelling far more relaxed than shops with jarred samples. At High Winds they weigh your buds right in front of you too. No pre-packaged flower in non-air tight glass jars here. This is the first place I bring visiting friends and I continue to recommend HW to locals. Plenty of discrete parking too. Word.
