Usually I have a good time with Floyds. I bought 2 cartridges today and they did not give me a receipt. They gave me the wrong cartridges and were very rude about how it was my fault I didn't double check before they put it in the sealed exit bag. I spent over $100 today and was told they couldn't DO ANYTHING for me and that I messed up not getting the receipt. they have something on their register stating that if they don't give out a receipt it is automatically $5 off your next order. The manager told me it wasn't their fault and the manager couldn't do that for me. I am extremely hurt and extremely disappointed.

I agree with the other reviews, top notch meds, incredible service. I really enjoyed my trip in, and I would definitely go back. Five stars I would give it more if available!
