very good daytime strain. one puff helps me be able to focus and sit still, two puffs chills me out and more than that is perfect for completely zoning out. Really seems to help with my spinal arthritis.

this is a nighttime strain for me only, and it has saved my ass during a long flare that has required me to be on steroids for far too long. A few puffs before bedtime and I actually sleep.

an all purpose strain that is a necessity in my house for chronic pain from AS and chronic migraine. can be low-dosed throughout the day to keep the pain at bay or higher doses to knock me out.

great for daytime OR evening - low doses leave me focused and pleasantly happy, higher doses feel like a whole body hug and I just turn in a compressed happy lump.

this absolutely TANKED my blood pressure, with a resting HR of 170. took an hour of lying on the bathroom floor to get down to the low 100s so I could at least move around a little. does not affect my husband the same way but it's downright dangerous for me!

This strain helps with my spine pain (neuromuscular? arthritis? Undetermined as of yet), and I particularly like it because I have to take very little of it to have an effect. 5 drops from the tincture and pain starts to dissolve. It's a good one for managing pain during the day.

Was recommended for the high CBD ratio for my arthritis but this strain triggers migraines - aura and all. I think it's worth a try if you've got really bad pain but just know that if you're prone to migraine with aura, this could be a bad strain for you!
