First order - smooth sailing - product was GREAT
Second Order - sent payment - they sat on my order for TWO days. Told me it was shipped Thursday - but it was actually held on to for some reason and sent on MONDAY.
Not sure if I'd use them a third time after this which is too bad as their product is the best I have found using a mail order service, but dishonesty will not be tolerated from this customer.
