I have been a patient for many years, visited lots of dispensaries, and dealt with all the various "systems" these places implement. The very first time I went to Reef, the wait was like 30+ minutes, and I walked out. I thought I would never go back in there again, however I read that they had implemented a new system of express checkout, so I went back, and difference was huge. Fast forward to a day ago, I drove up the other dispensary in the area (not reef but one just a few miles up power) and the wait was 7+ people deep, I walked out, drove to reef, and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. They had plenty of staff, and no line because of the express window. The $25 1/8's are also generally really good, and the $5 pre rolls, while not top shelf, are a gram big and get the job done. Also for the $25 1/8 they give it to you in a glass jar, not a bag. It seems like someone that works in actual retail or has a business sense is helping these guys because even $2 worth of pasta sauce comes in a glass jar. Combine that with the express window, and they honestly have the smoothest retail environment for medical marijuana in AZ right now. If you still want to go back to the "special room" type thing, they have that as well. Even if you go the other dispensary in central Gilbert, you could probably drive all the way to Reef from there and get better product for less, and checkout faster than you would just sitting in the waiting room and "waiting"...... thanks Reef! Good job moving this industry forward the right way. Now if only you could lower the prices of your concentrates (wax, shatter, crumble, cartridges)!
