I really want to like these guys but I have been trying since June 13 to get just one thing that worked out. I ordered June 13. My package got lost in the mail. They said to order again and even offered a $5.00 credit to compensate. They had nothing left from what I originally wanted so I chose 2 different things but the total worked out to $7.00 more for me to pay. I'm fine with that except I tried to find out how to proceed so that my order was finally sent. And then everything went silent. So as of today the 27th of June/17 I have no order. I'm out $106.00 and no one is responding to my concerns and I have left about 12 messages over the last several days...including the one where I finally ask for a refund because now I am very nervous to deal with them. I don't think anyone can blame me for that. I am still very happy to work with them because they have such a good reputation but I need to hear from someone. Hope no one else has this experience because the order I originally placed on June 13 was to contain my meds for sleeping. It's the 27th now and I need to sleep. :(
