As a first time visitor (literally right after I got my card), the experience at OCPC was outstandingly...normal. This is a good thing, as it evidences the smooth transition of the cannabis industry into the mainstream. From the walk towards the door where you are courteously and professionally greeted by security personnel, to the clean and professional surroundings of the waiting area and dispensary itself, the transaction feels like dealing with any other small business in any other OC business park. The staff are dedicated, motivated and pleasant; I would come here again and again. As to the parking lot policy, it is very easy to "go along to get along" - it makes sense to not give the neighbors an excuse to to get "official" - and lessens the risk of giving the LEOs an excuse to spend DEA money. Just my .02 worth...
