Online orders aren't filled until you arrive.
Online order is not guaranteed until you arrive to pick up your order. This has happened to me at least 4 times where I placed an order online and when I arrived the item had been sold to someone else and was no longer available. Even though I received a text claiming that my order was complete and ready for pick up I was told that the product was unavailable and there was nothing they could do. The managers look to give any and all excuses but fail to take accountability for the problem. I do not have any issues with online orders at any other cannabis shop. It feels like Evergreen Market does not care about the customer and only about the profit by the way I was basically told "oh well, sorry" every time this occurred. I used to love this shop and now I won't be going back because I don't get treated this way anywhere else.
