I am the first to recommend an outstanding dispensary, but I had a very disappointing first experience here. I spent $100 on bud, a cartridge and a higher-end vape pen ($20) the budtender up-selled to me as higher quality that would last longer. He said *specifically* that if I tried and didn't like it, I could bring it back. I tried it repeatedly that day and couldn't get it to work with the new cartridge or an old one (it's the metallic one with a button that has 3 colored LEDs that blink). So the next day I made a special trip to the Hollywood District to return it. The female budtender didn't know what to do, went back into the office twice, and twice came out to tell me that not only would they not offer cash back, they wouldn't even offer my $20 back in trade for their cheaper $10 vape pen and some bud. Very disappointing. With this as a first experience, I won't be back.
