Serious flaw!!! If you break or lose the concetrate insert (which is really common just google "replacement concentrate insert Pax 3" and see the reddit posts) Pax does NOT allow you to just buy a replacement. (WTF?!) despite having replacements and accessories for EVERYTHING ELSE. My insert broke and I emailed support since I registered the device with the warranty- but by all accounts it is 2-4 weeks to even get a RESPONSE and even then I don't know yet if they will even give me a replacement or not. Its been a week and I have gotten no response. :( Since I bought the Pax 3 EXCLUSIVELY for that insert, I am pretty pissed.

Waiting area is awesome, staff is friendly (not oddly distant and bored at other places) and super knowledgable and the prices were 1. Easy to understand 2. Surpisingly reasonable for the amazing quality. Been to a lot of dispensaries now and I am picky; it took me a while to give this place a whirl but based on a recommendation I did and was blown away. Will definately be my go-to shop now.

I've been going to this place regularly since a week after they opened. Amazing. I've gone to other places only to be disappointed and come back here. Not only do I consistently get amazing stuff in every price range; but the staff is amazing. Then if something is wrong with something I got (like a oil cartridge goes funky) they always help me out or make it right. They have cool events, good deals and discounts and you don't have to keep a calendar or something strange to take advantage of them. They can get busy though because they are so amazing, so be prepared if you try to go Friday night before a party or something. I prefer Mondays and Tuesdays myself.

So I used to give this place 5/5 for quality, service and atmosphere and most importantly price/selection and it was less busy than the dispensary I had been going to. But I've been going here once a week for 3 months and over the last month I've decided to start going back to my old dispensary even though it is further away and busier. The selection of high end / high priced bud remains good, but the moderate range bud recently I have gotten seems too dry, and is is consistently unsatisfying on a regular basis now. So when I'm the neighborhood for the higher end stuff, still a good place to go. But most weeks I got a fixed budget for for bud this place is not were I go on a regular basis anymore. Sometimes the busier places are busier for a reason I guess!
