Flower is not what they show in the picture and literally is false advertising. Still good flower but any attorneys want to make a quick buck get on this. I've pointed it out twice in the last month and they don't seem to care. Even though it is not what they show in the photos there flower is the best in town. My biggest complaint if the security guards. I'm not sure if they sit outside the police academy and just get the drop out but man they sure like to throw there authority around. Asked one gentleman the first time if the line was for over flow and I can check in or if this is the wait to check in? His response was, "sit down and wait," I replied just asking a question on how things work, I got back, " Sit down or I wont let you in at all". Fast forward to 1/15/2021 someone cuts the line no security gaurd in site as 14 of us are waiting out side. We tell the gentleman that cut that he needs to wait and starts arguing. Then this lady comes out yelling all huffing and puffing with no facts or incite on the entire situation. As a few gentleman try an tell her the proper truth she just told them to leave as she will not let him in. You denied a person there medicine for defending there statement on a situation you didn't see and without hesitation just huffed and puffed. There security makes me laugh every time it's like watching a three stooges movie.

Been coming to Bloom for years but have seen the quality of the flower diminish to the point I will not return now. I can't justify paying top dollar to open a bag to a basic plant smell and no crystals. The last three batched all different strains have done nothing but burn up. What is the point of buying product if it doesn't work. The THC results are based off what the flower should grow not test results. ( This was explained to me from the bud tender when I asked how it could be 24% and I can't see a single crystal on any buds ) Not sure what is going on with the company and there standards but I for-sure will be taking a hiatus from this company for awhile. Granted with the attitude of the staff they don't care if a customer doesn't come back another will replace me.

Been coming here for years but sadly they have ran there course. I have been tracking there flower for the last year. Quality has been hit or miss and I'm getting more and more dry flower. Can't remember the last time I have seen something different added to there menu. Your growers need to take a chance and grow something new. As of my pick up last week I have decided it is time to move on to somewhere with choices that change. Everyone else that is looking into this place or has been going to it will tell you the staff and the place is great the flower is great when i'ts not dry but you get that everywhere. My only issue is it's the same flower every time I go in and for that reason and that reason alone I am saying my goodbyes.

I have been coming here for years. It wasn't till today I was informed I will be looking for a new go-to dispensary. My counselor name "D" and apparently she didn't want to be there today. The attitude that came out of this lady. I informed her that the takeout window speaker was crackling and I could not hear what she was saying. She had my money in hand. I don't mind waiting but when I'm a customer my one pet peeve is customer service. Because she represents AZ Organix I see they no longer want me as a customer. With all the options of places to go your $15 concentrates do not outweigh the customer service.

needs improvement. check your order. I ordered cherry tang and got home to have SF OG. Called in all I was told by the lady that answered the phone was,"I'll tell them to look closer". Nope to many other choices this is why I stopped going to swell after they branched out.

sadly after many years I have to say goodbye. the location has lost its patient feel and just reminds me of high school kids out side a continent store selling pot not medication. way to many shops have quality on all there buds for $10 a gram. Loyalty can only go so far.

it would be nice if they updated leafly i have called 4 times in the last week for the strawberry ghost train and they say we are out. Then blame it on lazy employees. Its now been a week and its still up. Sadly disapointed with how this shopnis being ran.

Went in and had the worst first time experience ever. They took my info and card and started to help me on a strain. Two customers come in and they all stop helping me. What turned into 15 minutes job almost took a full hour. After my first comment on there FB page there manger John calls me and says come back i'll make up for it with a 1/4. I'm in Phx so it is not a close drive and told them it will be a few months till i'm back in that area and to mark my account. This was never done. I call to make sure and get crap from the owner stating that they would never offer that much for a wait. After about and hour I get a call from John apologizing he did not note it in the system and that I can come in and get the 1/4. After the way the owner treated me as a customer and not wanting to even attempt to figure out what is going. I had to ask him if he would like my name 3 times so he can look it up. His answer is I guess. I'm not about the product but about the customer service. There are a lot more shops around with a lot better quality and prices. This place will do the bait and switch and then make ups excuses. This is not a hate or bashing review but more so that customers can see what truly goes on. This is one customer that will never step foot in this place again.

Over priced with a first time special to laugh at. If this is the quality and price around this area this is ridiculous. If you have the clients willing to not shop around or just don't know what a good price is I guess why change it. I however will not be back I'll take the extra few miles to a better quality and price. However the 25 minute wait with only one person in front of me was so enjoyable with fast and furious playing. Along with the bud tender taking his time explaining things, he was nice though kinda know what he was talking about. Either way I did enjoy trying a new place so thank you for that. ( to those that are going to get grumpy for this post it is just my experience not meant to hate just what I think)
