I've been coming here for months and I've seen a bit of digression in terms of the staffing and how they handle customer problems. I had a vape pen that was recommended to me by one of the staff members, which honestly I regret buying since they've had so much trouble with suppliers and refill cartridges. one leaked all over my purse this weekend because the plug to close it isn't very secure and when I told the staff (on instagram with pictures) I was ignored. I went into the store today and no refund/replacement was offered at all and the staff member didn't seem to care. this place is close to my house, but I'm moving, so I likely won't make the effort to keep coming here, which is a shame.
