They play games with THC%'s. What you order on pre-order will be switched with a lower % and then they won't take it back. This happened once and I chalked it up to a mistake. I ordered pick up and called to confirm what was being put in the bag due to my prior poor experience. They said it is there policy not to follow the thc% advertised and you'll likely get something far less potent since all strains have a wide range of potency and quality. Why put any thc % at all if you're just going to put garbage 8% flower in my bag? They subbed out 23% for 8% before. Yes it's THAT bad. Don't put a % on the website at all. Shady shady shady.

Curaleaf - Glendale East (Formerly Reef)

I did an online pick up order and they were probably sold out of half my items when I got there. I'd like to see Reef do more regular menu updates throughout the day. I did get a text about one item being missing and then they corrected to say they had it. They didn't... they subbed it out for something at a higher price and without letting me know. The bud tender was very nice and apologetic though! The deals are good but they will likely be sold out. Overall I left feeling disappointed with what I got and how much I paid for it based on what I thought I had ordered online.

Health for Life - Cave Creek

I will come here if they have the right deal going but, honestly its not a positive customer experience. You put in your express order and they text you INSTANTLY that it's ready. Then you get there and first you wait in the outside line (116 today!). THEN after 20+ minutes in the heat you're lucky enough to wait again in the INSIDE line. Keep in mind... this is a pick up order that has been "ready" for 30+ minutes at this point. The front desk employees are cranky. Everything takes forever. I saw a reply from management to a different review that their system was down. I don't understand this reply because it's always this bad. There is only ONE person doing Express for probably 10-12 employees doing walk ins. I get they're busy but, other dispensaries deal with a lot of volume too and don't have the same problems. Usually I'm in and out in minutes even if there are huge lines for in-store service. I almost ALWAYS make an express order because my time is valuable. On past orders they've switched out my edibles when they're out and replaced them with MUCH lower dosage versions without letting me know or asking what I want it replaced with. I tried to call to let them know that I don't care about the type of cookie, I care about getting the adequate dose for my medication. They would just pick up the phone and hang it up without saying anything and I never got a replay when I emailed management. It was particularly frustrating because on a prior order I was charged more for items in the store than what was showing on leafly (express order of course). I took a screenshot of my leafly order and the receipt and the front desk person did credit my order ($8, not a big deal). But chastised me about how I needed to call immediately to correct items instead of fixing it the next time I go in (this was less than a week between visits). So to then try to call and be hung up on is like... how do you win? I'll come for the right deal if I can save some money but, I'll avoid it if I can. I will say I've had some truly AWESOME and friendly bud tenders here before. And some of the deals are pretty decent for bulk flower.

Green Goods – Phoenix (Medical)

This dispensary is decent enough. The bud tenders were pretty friendly. When I got home to take a look at the goods I just felt like I spent a lot of money for what I got and was disappointed. The bud is fine. Not out of this world. But, fine. It was the pre rolls that left me the most disappointed. The rolls I've gotten at other dispensaries are usually 9-12 bucks. I saw that they were 8-10 here so I was excited. When I get home I see that they are not the standard size. They are the half sized short ones. They weren't filled as much as they could have been either. The twist at the top was pretty long. Maybe it was my fault for not asking about the size first. Fair enough. I just hardly see the baby ones sold anywhere so it was unexpected, especially for $10. I wouldn't be opposed to coming back one day. But, there are other places that sell the same quality for better prices so I can't say I see a reason to.
