Extremely disappointed. Was convinced to buy a product that I knew wasn’t the right product. Been calling for the last 48 hours to complain about the product and explain that I was also lied too. The manager said they maybe could help and tried to convince me that the reason they lied to me was in order to help me out. I’ve been shopping here for years and the management has been lacking in the customer care department. As in no care for the actual customer.

I have never been so disrespected before in my life, while dealing with a place of healing. I ordered my medicine this morning at around 10:10am expecting to have my deli every by 11:00am. I wasn’t able to request a delivery by 11:00am, because the earliest time allowed for a choice in delivery time was 12:00pm. I then called Nirvana to get connected with Supurb for my delivery. It was then when I spoke to a young man that assured me he would call me back with an eta. This was around 12:25pm. I called back 20mins. latter asking why I did not receive a call back. The young man stated that the delivery driver already tried to deliver my medicine at 11:30am almost a full hour before I made my first call. I then asked to speak to the young man that I have spoken to before, that was part owner of said delivery, because we have spoken before and I felt comfortable with him resolving my issue. I was instead connected to the manager of both Superb and Nirvana, a young lady who immediately when responding to anything I would say, responded venomously and with disrespect. I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to because I didn’t feel that she would be able to actually hear out my complaint. She said no without explanation. I the. Asked why and she stated because it was only her. I asked for the number or contact info of the boss to make a formal complaint and she said no, that she didn’t have one to give. I then asked for her name and information, she then hung up on me. I called back several times trying to get an explanation and contact information to corporate or whomever will hear and heed my complaint. I was assured by another young lady that they were dealing with several other situations and customers and that she would get to mine in order and promised by the end of the day. Meantime I not only did not receive my medicine, but received a text, while talking to the young lady kind you, that my order was officially canceled. Again without explanation or concern. Now I must take my business elsewhere in hopes of better treatment.
